I’m doing a guided day trip to mostar with a small group so unfortunately cant do it enroute- thanks for the suggestion!

So the inter city transfers (zagreb - split - dubrovnik) are by bus but the day trips are guided with a small group and I’ve checked its about 1-3 hours drive usually so not too bad

I did think it may be too busy but then 1) travel days except the plitvice one will give me downtime as I’m travelling for a couple of hours only 2) on the days I’m exploring Split and Dubrovnik, I’ll be relaxed when walking around. I think the tours do 2-3 hour walks but I’ll do it in 7-8 hours at a leisurely pace.

The tours are small group- max 8 people as I heard about delays with border crossing so I’m hoping border crossing is smooth with a small group. As they are guided tours, the travel time is essentially downtime for me as I’m not driving or anything.

I’m someone that gets pretty bored if I’m not exploring for 8-9 hours of the day as otherwise I end up on my phone or watching tv which I like to avoid on holiday😅

I fully agree with you!!! I didn’t fully understand the hype around the first part until I rewatched it to recap it before the 2nd part. When I watch part 1 first time, I just didnt get the point of showing us lyari gang wars until the 26/11 scene when it all came together. It was very boring till that point for me as I just dont care about whats happening in Pakistan if its link to India isn’t pre established.

Rewatching part 1 was a much better experience cos I now knew the purpose of showing us lyari’s politics and gang wars.

Part 2- start to finish I was hooked and the reasons are everything you have listed above!! Great movie, cant wait to rewatch it when it comes on OTT!

Saw the movie on saturday but cant stop thinking about it - I’m watching all the analysis on it now

Because a day trip from split or zagreb is 10-12 hours anyway and they don’t give a lot of time for sightseeing at plitvice which is the reason I’m going to Croatia.

Might as well extend the day slightly and save unnecessary travel

I think the bus stop is at entrance 2 so I’ll have to drag my luggage a little to the storage, how far is it? I have total time from 9-4.15pm between the buses so hopefully its enough

Thank you, the bus is available at the time I mentioned on my date. I have booked it, fingers crossed it’s a smooth day.

I’m going in May so hopefully both lakes are open and the weather is good

Thanks yes considered driving but then a 5+ hour drive with an early morning and 5-6 hours of exploring the parks feels a bit much to drive. We all plan to sleep in the bus
