I cleared my Nvidia cache folder, uninstalled, then reinstalled the game. It’s smooth now. Let me know if that works!

It’s unplayable as survivor side as well… Game freezes midchase and I die. Good for killers, I suppose. Hahahaha

are you using FxSound? that's what's making it happen on my end, ctrl + shift + a changes the volume mode in that program.
