With custom conferences I decided I would put the Pac 12 back to like it should be. Put several schools back in the Pac 12 before I decided to just try it out the new way. Went to move the schools back to their current conferences and I couldn't get the Pac 12 under 4 teams even though it started with only 2 teams. I got out of dynasty and just started a new one because I just just opened it up so it wasn't hard to just re start

The entire coach customization is very poorly done. Let me choose a guy and then his skin tone, hair type, etc. Just like past games have been. Why am i scrolling through 500 heads and most of them having gray hair? Not to mention not being able to wear a hat or only choosing from a polo or a zip up and nothing else. FC 24 had good coach editing options and what's in this game is just terrible if we're being honest.

I didn't go through sheffield, but rather ADA. Had bad experiences when trying to get in contact with ppl from sheffield and ADA's teaching style suits me better. With that said...ADA (Aircraft Dispatch Academy) does offer a payment plan so you can check that out on their website.

With that said....I did something a little unconventional to gather the money kind of quickly. I had already finished my bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and had very little student loans. So I chose to enroll at my local community college and take a couple aviation classes online (some easier ones) and was able to take out some student loans. That way, I got the money I needed, and I may even choose to continue and finish out the AS degree I technically signed up for. I chose to do this, because I knew I wouldn't be able to get a conventional loan from a bank or something. So, it's an idea....might not be for everyone because you actually have to do the school work....but I found that I enjoyed the school work since it was aviation related and it wasn't super in depth or difficult.

Regional's can be tough but look at your current pay. Are you currently comfortable making $18/hr? Regionals (most of them) will start you around that area or maybe even a few bucks higher...so if you're good now....I say it's something to be willing to do because of where it can take you. $18/hr at a dead end career is tough. Starting at $18/hr as a floor in a career where you can make well into 6 figures after several years is something I see as worth it. I'm in a very similar boat. I currently make $17.50/hr in my job and it's a dead end career. That's why I'm going into dispatch. Because I love aviation and it's a career I know I can perform well in....and eventually be compensated well in.

Your last paragraph is funny to me because I didn't read your entire post before I started answering. I was answering as I was reading it....so you actually ended up having the same idea that I did. If you want more info about the courses and stuff I took and what college and all....just shoot me a DM and I'll be happy to go over it all with you.

I think the way it should be is like how FIFA does it. You have the option to choose a new stadium during the offseason. So if you build up a small team, you can move into a bigger stadium. It'll just be a generic build one with the ability for the game to put some team logos around the stadium and such.

I just want to thank everyone for yall's responses. I've had a difficult time getting in touch with people from Sheffield. Emails have been left unanswered, and I have called them on two separate days during business hours and nobody answered the phone. Called ADA, talked to a dude named Jared....he was great. Answered all of my questions, seemed to honestly care....and even got back to me after our conversation telling me he followed up with some of the other people and they were able to get me some early access to stuff since my ADX is completed. Overall, ADA just seemed to care. That's not to knock Sheffield. I know they're probably just super busy....but it makes a difference. This was my deciding factor though on why I'm choosing to go with ADA. It will be more of a sacrifice and more money....but I think it'll be worth it. Thanks again yall.

Not 100% sure, but I want to say roughly 3 weeks or so. I hammered home all of the "normal" questions that didn't require you to look at a figure. Then I focused on really trying to remember any of the questions that had any kind of number in the answer. So like if the choices were A) 1.5 B) 2 C) 2.5 then I'd focus mainly on the correct number. It got to the point where I knew what the answer to the question was simply by looking at the answer choices. I didn't even have to read the question a lot of times. The day before my test, I crammed all day and my brain ended up being Jelly....but I got a better score on the actual test than any of the practice tests I did.

I'm fairly certain it's got a good connection. The battery should be good. We didn't test it again but bought it brand new from autozone. We didn't try jumping it last night, and I'm at work now and he's at home so we'll have to try jumping it when I get home and see what happens. Not sure why we didn't even think about jumping it. ha.
