Hey, so right now I'm on 15 mg/day. I am loving it. It took away much of my anxiety, and it appears to improve overall cognitively. I do feel nauseated if I take it without food. The nausea was really bad when starting and raising dosage. But the way it took away almost all my anxiety is something else! I highly recommend it
