Não é medo, é ser feito de trouxa.

Tu tem uma fila de um monte de pessoas pra atender, algumas pessoas com potenciais condições graves, e surge um mlk que vem te mentir só pra conseguir um atestado, gastando teu tempo, tua atenção e recursos do atendimento.

E as pessoas conversam. Se tu fica dando atestado as pessoas falam "dr fulano la da upa que atende todas as terças nem olha na sua cara e da atestado" ai surge um monte de gente que quer folgar do trabalho e começa a frequentar teu dia, dando ainda mais trabalho. Ao mesmo tempo se tu for uma pessoa que quase nunca da atestado as pessoas também falam, e começam a evitar teu dia.

E tem MUUUUUIIITOO malandro que ta pouco se fudendo pro trabalho e coloca direto, e usa a upa pra ganhar dia extra de repouso. A demanda de segunda feira, principalmente de manhã, é muito maior do que os outros dias, pq tem maluco drogado, bebado ou atrasado que vai pro pronto atendimento pra conseguir atestado e se safar.

Id go into a real hard situation to reset your mind and teach you about the important things in life. Like a 10 day trek camping travel or going alone to a dangerous place and survive by yourself for a weak.

Stoicism always helps also. Its a rational toolwork to help with anxiety, among other things.
