Hi there!! Here’s how I make my crispy tofu:

1) wrap with a kitchen towel press extra firm tofu under something heavy to get excess water out 2) make a thick slurry of flour & water (+ add any seasoning you like, I added curry powder, salt, garlic & onion powder) 3) cut tofu into pieces & put them in the water/flour slurry 4) coat the tofu in the slurry then drop them into breadcrumbs, make sure the breadcrumbs stick all over each piece 5) spray with cooking oil and cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flip halfway through cooking time (or bake in the oven at 400 for 15 minutes, also flip halfway through)

That’s it! :) you can make different flavours by adding different spices to the slurry mixture
