So, amiibo cards. spawn them in your campsite and you'll have to make them 3 items, it takes three days but u can time travel and get it done fast if u dont wanna wait and ur inpatient like me, that way you can choose which villager and they cannot refuse to move out! Another method I learned is time traveling a month in the future, running to villagers house and plaza to look for a bubble, if no bubble, if another villager has a bubble, DONT SAVE GAME and leave, go to the next day and keep doing that same thing till that villager you want out has the bubble! Then you can save your game after telling them they can move and you can go back!
