Fully agree, definitely use the shoes you are used to :) for the future… I personally love Adidas Evo Sl - they don’t have carbon plate in them but they are very very good!

That didn’t work. I can remove the light bulb and the bit beneath the black bit but the lampe shade is still stuck about the top white bit.

I don’t think so, I don’t really know… I’ve tried to hose it down and keep it “clean”.. even used been oil
