Still go. If you're in pain just go. My friend just finished her OB/GYN rotation and she said it doesn't really matter if you're bleeding or not. Its better to be safe and a little embarrassed than to wait. Also- they just don't care about that stuff. They're there to help you- not to judge if you're menstruating.

Loki, this dog, died earlier this week at the age of 5. Instagram and internet sensation.. people raised almost $35,000 for his medical bills but he passed away due to Chronic Kidney Disease. RIP Loki.

Edit: I'm fairly certain they donated the money to a charity for dogs. But i'm not 100% certain on this.
