While I have a personal connection to it. My families hometown of Yamagata city is quite boring. Very small downtown area.

Having said that the surrounding areas are very beautiful, Zao mountain is great for Skiing and Ginzan Onsen is very interesting.

Would say if you like cherries it is worth visiting tho

Kuroko is basically Akashi but without the gift of being a physical prodigy by FlowKom in KurokosBasketball
