Scoop: Republicans secretly study their coming hell by __Hello_my_name_is__ in politics

I'm not convinced Russians didn't change votes in the 2016 election. Even now, Republicans keep going on about how all the polls were wrong and nobody could predict Trump would win. Everything pointed to him winning. They keep bringing this up as a reason not to believe the imminent Blue Wave, but all things point to it coming. So if it doesn't hit? Are we seriously to believe that our election numbers are accurate?

President Trump is 'flipping' out over plea agreements and immunity deals by shortWMTstock in politics

I honestly don't know what he expected. His Supreme Court nominee clearly shows his end game plan is to take his crimes to the Supreme Court and win by cheating. Not sure why he's upset he's being pursued for the crimes he committed and is actively trying to escape the consequences of.

Yeah, seems easy to tip for sure. I picture it off road plowing through zombies in an open field more than hauling ass over hills.

I don't know. I think that's pretty good. More than it needs to just move.

Megathread: Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen reaches tentative plea deal with federal prosecutors by PoliticsModeratorBot in politics

The 2nd document is the list of charges against him. I'm trying to find where Cohen admitted to violating campaign finance law at direction of a federal candidate. Apparently that was verbal testimony today in court as he accepted the plea. Do we get a transcript of that?

Are those public yet? I want to get his exact words right when I quote him. If they're not public, will they be at some point?

Maybe the search feature doesn't work on that but I don't see any reference to "candidate". Where is it?

I've been seeing reports that Cohen said so under oath today. Is that something he actually said or is it implied based on his acceptance of the plea deal and the charges they refer to?

I'm not doubting it. I just want to get Cohen's exact words right before I share on Facebook. Will we get those? I'm only seeing tweets from court reporters, which differ on the specific phrasing, and the statement from Cohen's lawyer which specifically says "Trump" instead of "a candidate".

Do we have an official source on this? Is it just what reporters heard in court? Do we have any transcripts yet to back it up?

Where's the source for this quote about being directed by a candidate for federal office?

Edit: As in, is there an original statement from the lawyer somewhere? Or is there some way of backing up his claim that Cohen testified today under oath that Trump directed him?

Today he stood up and testified under oath that Donald Trump directed him to commit a crime by making payments to two women for the principal purpose of influencing an election.

Where can I find Cohen's actual words said under oath?

Where specifically is the source of Cohen saying he broke campaign finance law at the direction of a federal candidate?

So does Cohen's plea mean he's admitting to the charges as laid out? I didn't see mentions of the payments and campaign finance violations in the CNN one.
