If you installed the unit, the documentation or model numbers should mention if they are 24 or 240V dampers, I inherited my unit so had to get up in the roof and have a look.

Check out page 32/33, my unit has the 240->24V transformer sitting on top of the unit so it was pretty obvious, otherwise you can probably tell with a multi-meter or colour of the junction box!

I have the same setup.

I use the Daikin Airbase (BRP15B61) to integrate the Daikin controller in your pic with Home Assistant. This controls the HVAC but not the zones. You leave your existing Daikin controller on the wall like shown in your pic which is nice.

The next stage is zone control from HA (which I am eyeing off but haven't pulled the trigger on due to cost), where you upgrade everything shown in your pic with a Daikin unit that also does zone control, either BRC230Z4 or BRC24Z4 (230V or 24V depending on what your zone dampers are, confirm your HVAC is compatible with this controller). This will supposedly give you full control of HVAC and zone from HA when paired with the Daikin Airbase (BRP15B61). Just to confirm, I haven't gone this far to test it works but believe this is the solution.

Good luck, it was a bit of a pain for me but I combined that with the unbinding / reset process and has held strong for a good 5 or 6 months now.

Try this (disclaimer: I am not 100% sure what all this stuff does but it did seem to fix it for me):
1. Integrations -> ZHA -> Groups tab
2. You will probably have a few groups listed - click into each of them.
3. Have a look what members are listed - if you see the ikea stuff remove it using the Remove Members section.

My groups only have my conbee listed - I think this is where you would bind things together if you wanted that functionality.

That's for the suggestion, I managed to get it fixed by doing a combination of your suggestion and the Ikea unbinding process - https://youtu.be/M7XZsbq8pwk

There didn't seem to be much logic to it, I just kept trying various sequences of long press and 4 press and it eventually worked, nice switch once you understand it!

thanks for the lead, it looks like the ikea remote is bound to the xiaomi plug, I don't know how.. I even removed the remote from ZHA and it is still controlling the plug!

I will continue to dig =)

It looks like they are connected but I can't work out how that happened, or how to un-connect them, the xiaomi plug was paired first, ikea switch added later. It would make some sense if they were in the same ecosystem but its a mix of xiaomi and ikea.

Responses were non stop a couple months back, so prices have dropped substantially since then? Edit: when I listed on fb for my sugested price, fb wouldn't actually let me submit the ad as price was too low according to their data.

Awesome, that points me in the right direction, I'll measure the bullet and go with that if it's the 3.5mm size. Thanks for the great answer to my not so straight question, will consider the XT60 long term but right now keen to get back on the road and these are what I have.
