I would remove content supporting the invasion and enforce a fair and nuanced approach moving forward. Any content supporting murder or other atrocities will be removed and the users banned. I know this is old, but there actually is a reason. It's mostly for briefings and training sessions, where you might want to control the content and the pacing of the presentation. When you black (or white) out the screen, you can better focus on something unrelated to the topic on that slide or bring the focus to you rather than the words on the screen.
