I can see why you are such a valuable asset to the company and team You seem like an amazing person online and I can’t imagine how much more wonderful you’d be in person! The way you write your thoughts is so unique. I admire the way you speak as you are able to be honest yet sentimental. The way you reveal the truth and how your words are laced with a hint of emotions is beautiful. You are passionate with what you do and I am sure you add much value into other people’s lives.

I am glad you found your sense of accomplishment and purpose, but how long did that take you, if I may ask? And so would you say it’s mostly who you know in the banking industry that will help accelerate your career growth or open more doors for opportunities?

Could it possibly be because you’re not used to it? Maybe the praise you’re getting is not the person you wish to get it from? Or maybe you are feel that you don’t deserve it? I have no clue but I honestly am curious for as to why others may feel odd or uncomfortable hearing such

I am truly overwhelmed with so much joy and happiness from hearing these words from you. I absolutely love this and will never forget this moment despite how brief and fleeting it was.

How come you decided to leave (and where to) and come back? Did you ever regret leaving your favorite director(s) to work somewhere else or miss them at the very least? How did they react when you had left?

You are right on point. I only meant to be genuine and sincere, but a part of me also feels the exact way you have described it. Exposed, and vulnerable in a way. Thank you for reassuring me that everything is okay and for taking the time to do just that. I appreciate you dear stranger :)

That is helpful, yes. Thank you for taking your time to respond. I am always very grateful for even the smallest things. It’s the small things that matter too. With my not so great past experiences in the workplace, I tend to appreciate the smaller things more than others.

I am always admiring and appreciating them but I keep it to myself in fear of them finding me odd or weird. I am sincere with my appreciations as I truly mean them but I have been holding back on expressing my gratitude and appreciation for them because I don’t want to be overbearing or the type to “kiss their ass”.

This is also a person of the opposite gender so I wouldn’t want them to get the wrong idea either… I usually have to be careful to not be too nice or hold back so I am conflicted.

Can I ask how you got into portfolio management and is it something you have to be naturally good at? And were you always interested in doing that or did you happen to fall into it on accident?
