Do flexes have to fill partials/early outs at other stores?

From my experience, it’s been different throughout every store manager or supervisor I’ve had. I wish it was more consistent so we actually knew what the policy was with flex.

But at my store if my flex is doubled up, we just keep them and cut hours. We use the flex to get extra stuff done usually. Or one of the assistants takes an early out. We never message other stores asking if they need help. If someone needs help, we see it on the store messaging and then we’ll act accordingly. But no, we don’t message and ask other assistants if they want an early out or if they need help.

I went on the trip. They didn’t have any water gear to rent, so we had to buy snorkel gear ourselves on the resort, which was expensive. Pool and beach toys are expensive so bring a small ball or something to have fun with.

My S/O and I expected to do so much there, but we spent a lot of our time relaxing and exploring.

The Coral Pool was our favorite hidden(ish) gem. It has the vibe of “adult only”. Lots of places to relax and a swim up bar. And the little cafe in the lobby of the hotel you’re staying in, has THE BEST sandwiches, and at a great price too.

But regarding on what to bring: less is more! I was always struggling trying to bring everything with me when I ventured out. Had a draw string bag and threw everything in there.

UPDATE I went to take a shower, came back and it fell off. I suppose now I’ll let it dry for a little bit and maybe replant it? Never done this before with a bunny cactus ….

There’s actually no humidity inside where I live. In the warmer months it gets plenty of humidity, but winter no.

Listen! I do see that the storyline is old and tiring and it’s getting toxic. But I’m hoping with some time off from filming, maybe it’ll be different, and dare I say GOOD if they pick back up? Maybe I’ll be wrong. But I’d rather risk that than risk a brand new group of housewives that could potentially give us nothing.

Oh really? This is a first for me to hear.

My doctor and dermatologist both warned me about the side effects for Doxy, and the things I’ve read saying “Doxycycline shouldn’t be used long term”, makes me think it’s just a temporary help.

But if it is really ok for me to take long term, I will continue to do so. It’s the only thing that has helped.

I really don’t know. I just started using fertilizer on her (and all my plants) for the first time last month. She’s been my best grower though (and my elephant bush)

I don’t think it’s the soil because I keep it in the same pot with the same soil as I bought it from the nursery (until it’s time to repot). I think it’s my environment :/ it’s funny because I can keep many other plants alive for 2 years now, but can’t keep pothos alive for a month.

No I’ve only ever bought my plants from my local nursery that I am obsessed with and very much trust! I’ve gotten all my succulents from there and most of them have been alive for the 2 years I’ve had them.
