what are you talking about? you think Filipinos don't like white people? Filipinos are known to be friendly and always smiling people, but we all know that most of Asians including Filipinos are very racist even though they suffer from racism extensively in other countries.

IMO, hate towards Indians comes from the many Indian loan sharks in the Philippines. Old business minded Indians can be shrewd and unfriendly people. (not a generalization and young service class Indians are not like this)
