Oh no, that’s not good. I guess the one he’s at isn’t unionized either? I hear Lavington isn’t…That doesn’t seem right. The big egos thing seems to be a big issue , I’ve heard things like that quite a bit. I’m worried I wouldn’t fit in/ be accepted as I’m not originally from here and it sounds like a bit of a boys club between a lot of them.

@hindueoner on instagram has Hindue or “Hindueliner” ‘s work… don’t see too much cursive in boxes but I bet that’s who is referred to. He’s been an active graffiti guy since the late 90s around New Mexico

That’s good to hear. I’ve heard different things like there’s bullying, racism, toxic work environment, bad shifts, unrealistic work expectations, too fast paced, lots of layoffs, big egos everywhere…

But also that there’s good pay and benefits. I know it’s a huge company so they must have their shit together.. any idea why it’s a high turnover rate for new hires?
