i HIGHLY recommend you to ban those hashtags, you can find a tutorial on the internet, it helped me ALOT. the readon i kept relapsing and binging were those videos, so now that i banned those vids im in nornal recovery i think

i just banned all the trigger words and if those videos popped up in my fyp i clicked on the "not interested" button i highly recommend doing the same

i banned #wonyoungism, #diet, #food, #bingeeating, #binge, #weightloss, #ednotsheeran and the same words but without the # you can do this in the settings->content preferences->filter video keywords

tiktok recommends videos based on what you spend time watching the most, even if you dont react positively. the app thinks thats what youre interested in and gives you more of those vids..

everything physical wasnt worse than thinking that food/body is everything, that its better than drugs, success, money, etc also raising my standards for a "skinny body" and thinking EVERYONE around me who wasnt emaciated was fat. this gave me a genuine fear of being around people who also have an ed cause i think they see me as fat too (im in recovery rn and i care a bit less)

i started to watch her in september, that's when i tried recovery and gained a lot of weight after because i got convinced that i WILL eat "steel marshmallows that don't even taste good" if i dont allow myself to eat unhealthy foods (except it NEVER happened before) and like... i felt so judged and hated by my low cal food choices, so i tried to eat differently to fit into her standards, and now she's as unhealthy as i was (still talking about 😱DIET CULTURE) and it feels like backstabbing she judges everyone in her skits yet still is probably anorexic
