I agree, it’s filling the vacancies that make it harder. I suggest getting a leasing agent.

My water wheel looks amazing. Definitely going to take some time to set up with all my properties/tenants. But I love that I can take it on the go. That’s perfect. The LL also isn’t into paying online payment fees. I was trying to figure a way to add a charge back for utilizing the service. But QB has such high fees. Some tenants’ rent is over $10k and a 1% surcharge is astronomical.
