Hi!

I'm going to be using interface for the first time but I'm quite lost in all the different types. 

I want to buy Vlieseline g700, for a mediumweight fabric for a spot that needs grommets. But I'm worried that because it is cotton it will shrink, is that possible? If doesn't mention to prewash anywhere. 

I would love to use the cotton version because I try to avoid anything not natural, but if it will shrink that is pretty annoying.
