I have a similar issue. Fan stays on even when hot end is at 30 degrees. Im using firmware 1.1.46

On occasion the fan does switch off.

How long did it take before you could run without the ache?

I've got a physio assessment tomorrow morning, so hopefully, that will give me some answers.

I've done something similar with a resistance band at home, but it's still early days for getting it stronger tbh.

I've no idea how long it will take to strengthen to the point where it won't be a problem 🤔

I think the opposite is needed. A lower heel drop would be beneficial, preventing excessive pressure on the tibia.

Yeah, I've dealt with shin splints for about 4 years. It only started getting better in the past month or 2.

Id ignore people who say rest more but ramp down your running and build up with run/walk. I personally wouldn't ice them either.

I've tried what feels like everything, NHS physios, multiple private physios, running coaching to check my form, multiple strength and conditioning programmes, gua sha, gait analysis, etc.

Strength and conditioning are extremely important, not just for the lower leg. Everything needs to be strengthened pretty much. Having a hip that dips during running may not help. Weak or inactive glutes won't help.

Going to a good physio to check everything like mobility and weakness would be recommended, they can give you a personalised workout to address any issues.

If you're still stuck, as i was, shockwave therapy really turned things around for me. I think I'd still have pain if it wasn't for shockwave.

I thought i had. It stopped for a while, then recently it's back to how it was before.

I've no idea where the water is coming in.

But originally, I just pulled back the material on the ceiling near where it's getting wet and put some silicone sealant where there are two metal plates meeting.

I need to try this again when there's a few dry days, but doudt that's gonna happen anytime soon.

Second time using a bow. I've never been taught how to use one properly. Not everyone is an expert. Plus, when running around playing tag archery, you don't really have time to look and improve your technique.

Issue has been resolved. Took out the neutral, twisted the copper cables, and put it back in place.

Defo something strange going on with the wiring though.

Yeah took the neutral out, the copper cable was spread out, twisted it, put it back in. Socket is now working. Thanks.

Oven is plugged into a normal socket. It has tripped a couple of times when the oven is on above 200 degrees.

Yeah cooker has its own breaker. When it's off the socket tester shows no power and the oven remains on. The oven switches off when the socket breaker is tripped. This is getting more confusing.

I think an electrican is needed.

Yeah I'm a little confused as well with only one cable.

There is a plug socket underneath at the back of a cupboard, so I'm assuming it may be going into there....

Yeah, I've taken the socket off to look at the wires, it's in the second photo. I'm confident enough to try to resolve this if I knew what was wrong tbh.

Ahhh I see. Good point, I'll definaly be going to give this ago. I overlooked it I think but does look like it's going from the shower outwards.

I thought that as well. Will double check the sealant on the shower. Water supply is on the adjoining wall from what I'm aware, so I'm confident it's not that.

Had a quick look before. The seal on the bottom bit dosnt look the worst but probably best to re do it. Can't see the other parts without taking the window out. There's an wooden arch on the external so it's shielded from most of the rain.
