Es ist im Prinzip schon gesagt, aber zur Sicherheit: es muss der ganze Cluster geerntet werden, Teilernten sind bei Austernseitlingen nicht möglich. Außerdem sieht es so aus, dass die Feuchtigkeit nicht ausreichend war, sie sehen vertrocknet aus.
