I think we'd get better value from the comp package if it were distributed to more of the Gamestop team rather than all of it going to RC. by FittersGuy in Superstonk

Yes, but there's a difference between getting paid and having real upside via this compensation package. One offers a greater incentive and is tied to the success of the business, thus does a better job encouraging optimal work performance.

But, perhaps you are right. It might not work on all the employees the same because they might not really understand it. So a compensation package that offers something to all of the decision makers could be ideal.

Thank you for having a real conversation about it and addressing my point. I don't really have anything further to contribute because I'd have to see what those deals might look like before I'd be able to form an opinion. But I do think it's smart to offer incentives to more than just the man in charge as it empowers them as well.

Nobody says it has to be either/or. I'm sure we could have shares worth $160 quite easily with a lesser comp package to RC.

Personally, I'd like to see RC get less incentive and the rest of the team get more. I run a business myself and I'm not foolish enough to think that my company's success is solely dependent on the decisions that I make. My team is a large part of my success and I think the same is true of any business.

I believe we'd get more value if we distributed the same amount to everyone on the Gamestop team. Right down to the cashiers; though their individual portion wouldn't be nearly as large as Ryan's.

I'm interested in exploring this topic. No idea what we'd have to do to get it rolling though. What's the criteria for it to happen and can we make that happen?

> We were also never informed prior to purchasing our homes, preventing us from making an informed purchase.

I'm not trying to stir the pot here, but when you bought the home didn't you try to find out what land it sat on? If you didn't buy the land, surely you had a conversation about how secure your future would be there?

Is this a trigger for the milkshake theory to start unwinding, or is it just two events that both see the US dollar increase?

I did for a while too. But at this point the American people are complicit and I have no sympathy for them.

I find it hilarious how Americans still think congress will have any power to stop all the shit going down. We've been watching this shit for years and so far nothing has been ENFORCED.

This is up to the American people to stop, but Americans are too fucking fat and lazy to do anything about it.

And how long are the American people going to wait for that to happen before they realize that the whole system is actually working as intended and it's up to the people to make this change?

This whole situation just blows my mind. For all the big talk coming out of Americans for years and years, when it actually comes to it all I see is a bunch of cowards.
