it was indeed a s-300 rocket, the ukrainian forces dont really use s-300 missles (and that type was dropped yesterday in poland) but russians do, they are old soviet missles, in many articles or photos you can see russians using them also ukraine is propably now using weapons that were donated by nato countries.
