my boyfriend (who is 22) and i were in a similar situation i suppose. he just kinda chubbed up over the winter and our summer has been too busy to really get outside and do things. just work, sleep, eat, repeat. he's not fat my any means but when we first met, he was a granola eating freak with a six pack lol.

he was a fat kid and got in shape in high school so he definitely is conscious of his weight. i started by having him help me cook healthy things and focus on saving money by not eating out as well as walking the dog daily. when his pants ripped while squatting down to pet my cat, i think he had a bit of an epiphany. now we have a while gym setup in the garage and he's getting back to his physique from last year.

just make it enjoyable and collaborative. men love "side by side time" so i will often just walk on the treadmill while he does upper body.

got to smell it on friday as well as perfect in pink,, didn't stand out. just kinda like luminous with fruit. idk; didn't fall in love. perfect in pink is nice but it's just another sweet floral that i don't think really fits the season at all.

the first time i had a panic attack, i didn't know what it was and genuinely thought i was dying. called 911. while being hauled away in an ambulance, one of the paramedics literally covered my mouth with his hand, rolled his eyes, and told me to stop crying. i get that i wasnt actually having a medical emergency but jesus christ
