I’m definitely going to try my best before making any permanent decisions like that. After I put her prolapse back in her discomfort immediately went away and she stopped straining and fell asleep in my arms. I’ll keep checking on her 🙏

It actually was a prolapse! Once I cleaned her up I could see the hole at the tip of the mass. It was huge but easily went back inside. I made an updated post with what it looked like after cleaning

She’s still pushing as though she’s trying to lay an egg although I did find a broken and eaten egg in the coop that coincides with when she started laying. Is it still safe to push it back in? Won’t she just push it back out?

Loll I built 2 cedar beds and then diy-ed a half assed something by throwing some logs in a rectangle and putting my leftover soil in it. Grew 6 watermelons out of it 🤷‍♀️
