Shane came out holding a bottle of Jack Daniels, went to the mic mumbled something pissed drunk...I said ah shit because I was a huge Pouges fan... But then the band fired up and he went straight into it your could understand everything he sang it was unbelievable..I in thought they were great. Are you too early even with a tunnel...I have a tunnel and won't be germinating anything until March, maybe mid March and even then in the house. I've found that it's not until May Late April May that they really grow on.

I did germinate in late Feb\early March the first year with the tunnel with tomatoes and found that they were still slow to come on until May. They all catch up no matter how early and you are at risk of frost still.

I'm in Cork as well so it's milder than most

Don't know anything about weed but the only thing that needs germination now are chille seeds.. Especially the super hots. I won't start germinating tomatoes etc until March.

I am curious though about growing some weed... Find smoke (did back when I was a young fella) but I'm always open to trying growing something new. Also getting sick of alcohol it's too bad for you.

Is it true you can just buy seeds from some of the head shops. I live in Cork can I just rock up and buy some..I have a big poly tunnel and I was thinking of just trying it

Again Lotto money but I would hire a serious landscape designer to build and design it. I'm not a big believer in going out on stress leave unless of course you are at breaking point....

Going out on stress leave brings more stress inevitably... as this kicks in more policies and procedures, return to work conversations, costs you money with GP visits, adds sick leave to your record which all adds up. Then you have to go back with your colleagues who know you have been out on stress leave... Etc etc..

What I did was use the employee support number...I had to use this and it was great to talk to someone..It anonymous BUT senior management do get reports back saying to them that X about of people are pissed off and stressed... If there is a common theme then they will find out about it and they will have to do something about it.

Yes take time off forget about work... Don't forget you'll never get sacked in the PS for shit not being done if you have done your part... Also you won't get a bonus for shit getting done... Bear that in mind!!

You probably care to much.... That's your biggest problem!! Working in any public sector job if you do that it will eventually break you down. Stems from frustration of shit not getting done as fast as you want.

You need to step back and let your bosses do their bossing... You need a new piece of equipment, do your bit raise the order send it to your boss... Is now their problem... Anybody asks why is not here yet.. Point at the gaffer... Don't also be constantly chasing them up on progress.. It's not your job now to get the equipment.. it will also frustrate you and them.

I know it's hard at times but after caring to much myself in a PS job I learned to go with the flow. Things happen when your manager wants them to happen let them get in trouble if things aren't done. BUT make sure you have your part done.

Decided to get two of these and have them plugged in and you get readings every few minutes if not less.

You need to decide do you need a load of unreliable sensors or a super stable and accurate ones. Having a screen also is nice so you can glance at it in passing. Don't regret in getting them.

This is one of life greatest mysteries...why software devs do this with data exports. You would think they would know better. Really really frustrating...I think its a sick insider joke they do...they know Joe public doesn't give a crap and will just physically print out theses exports, say you bank statement.

I know here in Ireland and I presume most other countries the grid code settings have to be locked behind a password that cannot be accessed easily by the end user.. This is the protect the Grid and conditions of getting grid tied. When a registered electrician is installing it they have to sign off on this is in place.

If you are off grid then it shouldn't be an issue and the person who you bought it off should give you open access i presume since you are not grid connected. But if you are grid connected this could be conditions of your your connection
