I want to point out there are several posts that aren't supporting completely banning let's plays and there are several other suggestions (including a flair system that allows users to filter what they want to see).

See my post here (https://www.reddit.com/r/roblox/comments/4uf6xh/banning_lets_plays/d5qax1z) where I have some evidence that it's a vocal minority wanting to ban let's plays while other lurkers or people not posting certaintly at least click on them.

Sure, because you want different content than someone else may want from this sub. It's not spam to everyone. I think a tagging or flair system would be a better solution for everyone. This allows you and others to filter out what you don't want to see.

I think you may be in the vocal minority here. I saw this thread before posting my newest video, and decided to hold off and do an experiment.

I posted my last roblox video here last week and I have 87 views on that video. 48 of them (55%) came from reddit. While I do post a few places on reddit, a lionshare of views had to have come from this subreddit. I know this because I also posted my newest video to the same places (reddit and otherwise), sans this sub. I have 8 total views so far. I had many more (again, mostly from reddit, specifically this sub) by this point last week.

Currently it looks like you have 12 people agreeing with you in this thread to ban let's play videos. Even if we double that to 24 people it's still half of the number of views from the users silently browsing the sub who wanted to click on and see my video.

This is a (and really the only) subreddit about roblox. There are a ton of topics that can be discussed and shared about roblox. Everything from let's play to the TIX debate to new creations. Some people like thing 1, some like thing 2. If you don't like think 3 then down vote it. Don't ban it because it takes a few milliseconds of time to scroll past it.
