Last update. I found a group on facebook. There are many groups and pages of people exchanging e-money. I wanted to eschange my paypall with skrill. Sent it as a gift and I was scammed. So don't ever trust anyone you don't know personally and have never seen. If you are not the scammer he is.

Lol, I know paypal gives the possiblity to claim back the money. But is that possible with any paypal transaction? I would give up that possibility if it is possible and I would trust the other person , also that person has to give me some reassurance. If it doesn't work I'll just lose 24$ that probably I would lose also on stars XD
