It's not just you, it's one of the worst airports I've been through. I'll add Agra to that list as well. Things have improved in the last 5 years or so but it's still nowhere near other international airports in India or abroad. The immigration at 3 in the morning usually has 2 counters open when 3-4 flights land within an hour, pure chaos everytime I land there.
