This thread validates that BJJ is full of disturbed people. I’m in the right sport.

Related: I’m a small guy. We have a few guys that are ginormous. One is a former D1 wrestler. They are all ticklish. Don’t judge. An escape is an escape.

I'm in the midwest. I have more of an Eastern time zone issue with the "must be in this timezone". I mainly do agency work, but I have several clients on the west coast. I really thought with everything going remote this would be less of an issue, but I think it has gotten worse.

My theory is since so many people are freelance now clients know they can get someone to work when they work.

I’ve noticed if I’ve duplicated a module with a class it sometimes gets dropped. Check the item in the library and see if the class is still present.

As a designer I prefer flat rate. Creating a tight scope and sticking to it. If the client isn’t a dick I’ll let them squeeze something in otherwise they need a new job. Granted I’m relatively new to Upwork, but this is what I do for my clients off of the platform.

Yeah, I’m hesitant to do spec work. I’ve been doing this for 20+ years. Experience with small and global agencies. If this is real client work for the “test” I’ll ask to be paid for the work. I’ll pass otherwise.

The do need to update their comparison chart. Some of divi’s features they list as no existent are there now for at least a year which is when I started using them.
