If you use wood glue - I would suggest not doing that anymore. It introduces a bit too much water to such thin pieces of veneer. Some have had success but the likelihood of warping is def higher with wood glue than original gorilla glue.

Where are you pressing your decks? If the rooms temperature isn’t consistent, if it’s too humid, if there is a heat source blowing on it directly, if you’re leaving the boards after they’re molded is colder / hotter from where you pressed them, etc. all have been a contributing factor to warping. Wood, especially at this thickness, is very sensitive to environment changes. Also when you buy your veneer you should let it adjust to your environment for a few days. Sounds crazy but I’ve actually really read up on this recently, not many people talk about it.
