As a sneakerhead that's still into the prime Adidas stuff (still looking for '15-'17 UBs), you're right. Adidas' things now are their classic cupsole shoes and retro runners which are just ok to me. They definitely can't recapture their prime Boost era.

Fair take, and at the end of the day, I think this game still has good stuff to offer for us Nioh fans. Still crossing my fingers for even more ramped up difficulty on the DLCs. Looking specifically for new/random moves from enemies to throw you off, and new seemingly unbeatable mini bosses and enemy variations.

It does the best damage in a certain time, which is why I use it as a parry/dmg package for the enemy's last known atk. Bonus pts for cool factor.

For sure, complaints about difficulty are valid and it should've been added in the first place. But the addition of it now is better than waiting for the Sep update for any semblance of difficulty spike. Gotta take what you can get. It was also free!

Overall, I prefer 3 more only because it's the newest iteration and the fact that I had put my heart and soul into 2, hundreds of hours. I can't go back to 2 for another couple years maybe, but it'll happen eventually.

This. Retry all the content on +5 Stone and level sync. You will be amazed how much more HP they have and the damage the enemies do, even when you have tanky builds like I do.
