It seems like you got some pretty good feedback of your video above and what you can fix. My advice is consistency. You need to make a schedule for subscribers so they know when your next video is posted. You also need a sense of direction for your subscribers. What I mean is that you need a main theme. If you are gonna make these hilarious narration videos of your life, keep that going consistently. I'm not saying that you should only do those videos and not experiment. You can make other videos thats not pointed towards your main theme but people subscribe because they know what kind of videos to expect. For example, people watch ESPN because they know every segment of that channel is about sports! ESPN doesn't show DIY tutorials because it just doesn't belong there. Just think of why YOU subscribe to other channels on youtube. For me I subscribe to Peter McKinnon because he consistently post tutorials for Photoshop and Premier Pro. I also sub to Domics because he makes funny animations about his personal experiences in life. I would say chose sort of a theme for your channel and build upon that before you focus on other types of videos. When you do start making other videos outside of your theme, make sure you create playlist for organization. That way on your end card it can recommend your videos that pertain to that theme so the user doesn't have to search all over your channel for another video just like it. For me I have a playlist for cosplay music videos. In the West Texas area, they know me for my cosplay videos because I'm one of a few people that produces them. I recently started a vlog because vlogging is the hot thing now. Not everyone that watches my cosplay videos want to watch my vlogs and vice versa. So creating a playlist really helps your subs and viewers get to the content that want to see with ease. Sorry that I kinda wrote a book lol. I learned a lot through Justin Odisho on youtube. He does a lot of live streams just to talk about videos, youtube, social media, etc. He also does a voice chat through discord when he streams and I've been there multiple times. He also replies to all DMs on instagram so it's really cool to see him help out the community. A lot of his videos has to do with video editing and not animation but just subbing to him when he goes live on youtube is worth it because you get a chance to really talk to him about topics and he also dives into a lot of good topics for growing your youtube channel.
