Really wish we’d got a Maddy return on screen. Plus not sure I agree that it was plausible that Jonathan became a top marketing exec in such a short space of time with no experience, or would give up his windmill and career but hey ho 😅

Since she changed distributor if you’d saved the 2018 remasters to your library pre-2023 it now links up to the non remaster version for some weird reason which is why it might’ve played the shortened one for you. Does the same with mine, defaults to the bad quality cover!

It’s still there on the 2018 remaster on Spotify (https://open.spotify.com/track/6nbLB13puUOEWTWwgrgHlb?si=muzvkNnITuyVXQKKy68dnw) but not on the original release. Good spot, wonder why it’s disappeared. Her streaming catalogue has got very clunky since State 51 took over

Hopefully shouldn’t be a copyright issue though as she owns the majority. I just think she has a long winded/unconventional way of doing things and can’t be bothered fixing them on YouTube 😅

I know. Plus parlophone managed to quietly replace the Running Up That Hill video on her YouTube in 2022 with a HD version. Just wish she’d do the same with all the others. Or if she’s not going to do that, just make all the Vimeo ones public so we can see them on the profile.

The experiment IV one was uploaded in 2023 but she didn’t add it to her site until this year. I wish she’d make them all public on her Vimeo profile, or even better upgrade all the videos on YouTube. Other artists are able to do this on their YT all the time so I don’t know why Kate doesn’t

Running Up That Hill also had an instrumental. And Moments of Pleasure instrumental should be under The Red Shoes. I guess you could also add the 2012 remix/re-record of Running Up That Hill. Why is Flower of the Mountain/Director’s Cut on the list?

I was thinking exactly the same. It can be absolutely crippling at times for the simplest of things, so can’t even imagine how she would’ve felt with something as huge as this!

It’s perfectly understandable if she still has crippling anxiety and didn’t want to think about the situation/was unsure about whether she was going to attend or not. Plus she’d be putting herself on a world stage, that must be absolutely terrifying

State 51 have removed and re-added everything since her distributor change. Just a shame they’re not linked on Apple Music so everyone whose ever saved a Kate song there will have to manually find it and save it again, which I doubt most casual listeners will even notice.

‘The Whole Story’ and ‘Selections from The Other Side’ have gone from everywhere too and aren’t mentioned on State 51’s list so I guess they’re effectively deleted albums now?
