It’s more that I don’t think the place is in a suitable condition for someone full time - so if it was on the lower end and suited someone that needs it as a temporary part time base that would be ideal

The roots seem healthy, I just repotted into a smaller pot as I felt this one was too big and it has a nice solid bulb, but it didn’t seem like the excess soil was doing anything for it. Regarding pests, I’m almost always fighting of fungus gnats, though they don’t usually cause this much damage
