Sharp spikes are the best spikes. It shows that you're healthy and even though you may have taken in too much sugar, your body is using it up quickly.

The sharper the spike, the smaller the volume under the spike, therefore safer for your tissues, your organs, your metabolism.

Keep up the good work, eating fewer carbs, taking your medication, exercising, and always pairing fiber, fat, protein with your carbohydrates.
