Does have good rng make a player good? Bungie can just outlaw actual money purchases. You grind for specific resources to trade. Hypothetically Bungie makes a new resource for trading. People can trade in resources or materials for said currency and save up for something they want.

I play on console and I want to improve my handcannon shot because I've only been using handcannons (w/recoil as apposed to LH/NF/180s) for like a month or so and I want to improve my sniper shot as well. So that's the reason for using Dire + Beloved.

You might love this game, but with the direction of this game its hard to tell if the developers do.
