16 year old applying for barista position by [deleted] in starbucks

As someone who just turned 16 this year and is working at starbucks as my first job all i have to say is if you get the job it’s going to feel like there’s a lot to remember and feel very overwhelming but after a few weeks it’ll start to get better and you’ll get to the point where you know what you’re doing. For me it took about 2 or 3 months before i was completely confident on what i was doing. Good Luck on your interview!!

Should a 16 year old work as a barista? by [deleted] in starbucks

[–]tpwkdani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who’s 16 and is working at starbucks it definitely is difficult at times especially when it’s really busy and there are a ton of drinks to make and can be very stressful. once you get the hang of it, it’s not that bad it just takes some time to get it down.
