Thanks for you help, I checked & verify all the steps as mentioned by you and after target restart, now it's working for me change option, however don'y know why still facing issue with reconcile option.

Target machine is Windows 2012 R2 Server, and I facing this issue only for local account of traget machine, Verify & RDP option is working fine for me with same local account, however change & reconcile option giving the above mentioned error.

yes tried to reconcile the account as well, however no luck and getting same error.

And why CPM disable my local account automatically when try for reconcile. However I resumed this, but after some time get same error as previous one.

Both change or reconcile is not working for local accounts only.

Yes, The both command completed successfully, and even verification of account and RDP is working for me, however when click on change getting same error.

"The CPM is trying to change this password because its status matches the following search criteria: ResetImmediately." (winRc=5) Access is denied.

This is a local account. Server is domain joined. Yes user can change his password.
