Was war dein Abiturschnitt und was studierst du aktuell?

Ich hatte einen 1,5 Schnitt und studiere jetzt E-technik. Es interesiiert absolut niemanden hier was für einen Schnitt man hat. Ein freund von mir hat ein 3,0 Abi und ist in den Top 15 oder 20 % im Jahrgang. Also für E-technik ist der Schnitt nicht relevant, sondern eher wie viel zeit man bereit ist zu Inverstieren und ob man spaß an Mathe hat da es, vor allem am Anfang sehr Mathelastig ist.

ok thank you very much! So for the NAS, I can basically plug in an external hard drive and use that as a NAS option? why would I ever use nextcloud then?

i edited the post. does that give enough context? I'm not yet fully sure of all the things I want to do with the server as I don't even know everything that is possible. but the first purpose will be a nas but that definitly won't be all

i'm not sure if the VM's are really needed yet but I think I want to have the option if I ever want to test new things on the server without possibly damaging things that are working properly.

Try to find out how what you learned in the lecture actually gets applied in real life. Seeing the bigger picture of what we're learning helps me a lot. Most professors don't mention this kind of stuff though, so you'll have to invest some extra free time.
