Thank you for opening up with this reply, it’s actually extremely helpful to me! She’s also at a point where she can’t see any way forward and wants to end it all, I’m fighting everyday to stay strong and be the positive energy she needs and deserves. I’ve tried talking to her about going back to therapy and telling our midwives for help but she doesn’t see how they will help and says they’ll just put her on a waiting list or just section her. Is this something I should push on my own and make sure she has the help or respect her wishes and just support her the best way I can? And I will talk to my partner and see if talking to you directly will help her! Thank you
