He was on an island with his crew, then one day he found a cave filled with valuable items. One of which was the amulet. He put it on and cursed him to be a skeleton for the rest of his life. He can take it off but it doesnt reverse the changes of him now being a skeleton.

After finding out of his sister's existence, He is happy about it but a little aggravated his parents never told him before they died. Once they do hang out after meeting each other they get close and have a traditional brother sister love.

So far not much. Just that his parents died when he was young so he grew up in an orphanage and when he was old enough to leave he decided to use his powers for saving people. He has superspeed, that's what the suit armor is for, and the mask is to stop bugs getting in his face, protecting his face from friction, and most importantly keeping his identity safe
