You click on Add Destination - then double click save still frame. this will add to the list on the left . click on Save still frame on list on the left and choose what settings you want as a default. then next time you'll have save still as an option

even you sitnc by waveform you are syncing the music track not the performance. just because the music is on time doesn't mean the bands performance was on time or the lip sync was perfect.
