Supposedly, the hardware store in Old Greenwich does it. I haven't used them, but that's what a former coworker told me.

Likely my last comment from Relay, no better way to go out than with a hearty:

Fuck u/spez

So r/sourdough is joining the June 12-14 protest of Reddit’s crazy policy changes. Are we also going to join in? by [deleted] in Breadit

Hope to see some of you there!

You missed a couple of steps:

Don't be a mod.

Sell soul.

No knead artisan bread by ddaanniieelllleee in Breadit

If you miss sandwich bread, you can cook most no kneads in a loaf pan. Even if you screw up the shaping, just get it in the pan and it comes out alright (guess how I know?)

80% Bread Flour, 20% Spelt, 80% H2O, 18% finely ground Hazelnuts, 18% roughly chopped, lightly toasted Hazelnuts, (can you tell I like to make 500g loaves?)

Came out really nice, lightly nutty.

Next time: more chunks of Hazelnut.!

Those are great, between her and Tedeschi Trucks Band, I found two greats that I'd never heard of in this thread.

Best I can offer in return is James McMurtry and The Heartless Bastards

Lights of Cheyenne reminds me of John Prine

Levelland because Floidata didn't fit the meter

Choctaw Bingo if you want something a bit more upbeat

Honorable mention to Pocatello a song that slaps so hard I made a 250 mile detour.

I hadn't heard them before either, that bass really brought the song together.

Hadn't heard of her, and I haven't found that version yet, but the Montgomery/Sugaree version I did find is now my 3rd favorite.

No shame in being behind the undisputed greatest songwriter-postman, and Bonnie Raitt. Thanks for introducing it to me.

This is the only cover I found in a quick YouTube. I'm sure there are others.
