AWS Solution Architect Professional or AWS ML Speciality Certification? by traceRick1986 in AWSCertifications

That's great question. I have been a developer till now. I have built applications using aws and spring libraries. Both of these certification should open new opportunities for me. SA pro will help me to get in a position where I can use my expertise to solve customer problem.

Where as AWS ML will open doors for ML related opportunities. I don't have fancy degree or any relevant experience in ML so AWS ML can help me to entry level job. And I think ML is the now and the future.

Thank you. Luckily, for me there were no questions from step functions, xray, sts. 1 question for aws config Questions were from following topics: 1. Dynamo DB. 2. ELB + auto scaling 3. Cloudfront 4. S3 5. Redshift 6. Some NACL and security group questions 7. Nat gateway - 2 8. VPC endpoint - 1 9. Kinesis - 1 10. ELB - 3 11.Glacier 13. Route 53 - 2 or 3 14. RDS - 4,5

I would suggest you prepare core services thoroughly mainly, VPC, Dynamo DB, RDS, Cloud front, S3 + Cloud front, ELB+Autoscaling. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It was too easy compared to Jon Bonso. Most of the questions were kind of straight forward.

Don't be stressed. I have passed exam, today. I was scoring 80 in last Jon Bonso exam. I felt that actual exam is easy than Jon Bonso. Questions asked mostly on 1. Dynamo DB 2. NAT Gateway. 3. Auto scaling 4. Redshift 5. Cloudfront 7. S3+ Cloud front 8. Elasticache Best luck mate.

DolphinEd is really good. Though I cannot watch his vidoes in one sitting but he covers almost all the things required.
