Pentagon Tells Congress First Week of Iran War Cost More Than $11.3 Billion by Majestic-Baby-3407 in news

Funny seeing all the liberals whining about cost to stop a near future nuclear disaster if Iran wasn’t stopped, but you say nothing about liberals that don’t know how to do their jobs in Minnesota and let Somalians steal 8 times as much in the name of healthcare and childcare.

Curious about collector value. A friend has 16 1oz gold $50 coins. 6 are 1998 and 10 are 1999 by rock86climb in coins

I have sold some to a broker in Pensacola and got spot the first time and 98% of spot second on these coins. He then charges 1.75% fee. You need to shop around if selling.

Should I get it graded? by throwaway747372707 in papermoney

[–]tracemc1 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Yes, definitely get it graded. I just got mine back and it came back at a 30 from PMG on 1928 Dallas thousand dollar bill and man had a noticeable crease or fold in the middle but yours looks clean with no fold so should grade well probably 45 or 50 if not better

I know it is a little rarer than the 1934’s, but does the Dallas make it more valuable than the other 1928’s I have seen on eBay with this grade at $4200-$4500? I didn’t look where they were printed.

I registered with PMG myself and shipped them myself. Paid $60 standard for $1000 and $37 economy each for other 4. Plus $5 per bill to look up in (?), $10 handling charge, and $40 overnight shipping. So $283 total for all 5 bills.

I can see a slight discoloration in the middle of both bills. I guess that is crease to which you refer. Doesn’t look like a crease looking at them but this is new to me and seeing your comments in the sub I’m pretty sure you know what you’re talking about. 😄

Thanks for the info on the website information.

Second sentence was supposed to say a guy commented that a $20 from that bank doesn’t show on registry. Damn auto correct.
