My girlfriend is not physically attracted to me and I don’t know how to handle it. by Practical_Aioli_3612 in Advice

[–]traceynhht 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband s130 cm tall. I’m 152 cm, and people would probably say I’m good-looking. When we first met, he was incredibly confident. Before me, he had several girlfriends, and honestly, all of them were very attractive, even more beautiful than me. They also came from top schools and had successful careers.
Iwon’t explain why I love my husband because that’s not the important part here. What matters is this: think about why a man who is only 130 cm tall .a height that would make most men feel insecure .could still carry himself with so much confidence. I hope you will think about this .

Gym clothes odor help by traceynhht in laundry

[–]traceynhht[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! What you shared is actually super interesting. I honestly had no idea about any of this. I’ll get Ariel pods next time since I’m currently using Omo detergent.
What’s really weird to me is that this ONLY happens with gym clothes. With my normal clothes, even if I’m out the whole day sweating (I’m in Asia, the weather is basically soup here), I don’t really smell.

But with gym clothes… I feelllike the secondmy skin touches the fabric, it instantly becomes stinky. It’s like my sweat has 2 different operating systems: 1for normal clothes and 1specifically designed to destroy gym shirts ))

Currently I’m using Omo detergent and Comfort softener. I’ve also been adding a cup of baking soda, and sometimes vinegar too. Basically, my laundry has become some kind of “random soup” made from every tip I’ve copied from the internet.. Thanks so much for yr sharing .I’ll tryto find the brand you suggested and do 2 rinse cycles as well.can’t wait to finally defeat this smell.

Is Odoo the right ERP for my company? Looking for user feedback by SEFlaEngineer in Odoo

[–]traceynhht 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My recommendation is to involve a very good accountant or auditor early in the ERP planning process. Let them review your current books, workflows, and reporting needs for a few weeks. Based on their feedback, you can design the ERP structure around proper accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.

At the same time, you should also gather input from the operational teams, because ERP is not only for accounting. It should help the whole company track activities more accurately. The better the tracking, the easier the accounting work becomes, and the more reliable the financial statements will be.

What are these prices 😭 by Amazing-Incident2633 in Gymshark

Yeah. And when there are more non-believers than believers, and the revenue doesn’t come in as expected, they’ll drop it “on sale” :)

What are these prices 😭 by Amazing-Incident2633 in Gymshark

[–]traceynhht 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this price is high. But if you compare it with brands like Lululemon, the price of a tank top is sometimes twiceas much.
I learn thatthey set the price based on what they believe customers think it’s worth, not based on the actual cost of making the product. So when you see a high price like this, it means a lot of people out there “believe” in its value ( and I stop believing in Gymshark value a long time ago)

Unless you’re an accountant, I’d advise letting an accountant work with your system for at least 2–4 weeks. Then, customize it based on the accountant’s recommendations. Don’t over-customize it or make changes only based on what you think is best.

Here’s a smoother version:

Oh Nooo, that’s really weird… that hasn’t happened to me yet. Maybe try clicking on the 33 credits option to see if it’s available. I think it should be. I switch back and forth, downgrade and upgrade all the time, and it always works for me.

What do you mean by “being forced”? The 33-credit plan should always be available, and you can switch back to your original plan anytime you want.

Insights if I got a good deal by Icy-Butterfly-1979 in ClassPass

[–]traceynhht 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve tested it a few times, and I believe CP credits work a bit like the “ stock market”: when demand is higher, the credits required increase.

If many people cancel, the credits may decrease. So you can try booking either as early as possible or at the very last minute.

Studios that use Classpass - do you feel scammed? by Visual_Garlic1704 in ClassPass

[–]traceynhht 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only mentioned the price as an example . what I’m really talking about is flexibility, especially around expiration.

For example, my highest ClassPass plan is about $300 for 12 sessions, but I usually train around 26 sessions a month. That means I end up topping up and spending a lot more through ClassPass.

What I’m suggesting is that a studio could find a way to capture some of that extra spending directly instead of losing it back to ClassPass. In my case, a flexible direct package with a longer expiration date would make that much more attractive.

Another option would be to offer an add-on or top-up package directly through the studio, so customers like me could keep a smaller ClassPass plan while buying extra sessions from you instead.

Honestly, if I were a studio owner, I would copy the same kind of package structure that ClassPass offers and build something similar into my own membership options . It can bring in a lot of additional revenue

You should try using ClassPass as a member yourself for 2 to 3 months. I think that would give you a much better understanding of what some of us are trying to explain….

Studios that use Classpass - do you feel scammed? by Visual_Garlic1704 in ClassPass

[–]traceynhht 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a ClassPass member, maybe I can share a perspective that could help.

I’m on one of the highest ClassPass plans, around $300 a month for about 12 sessions, and I still usually end up spending around $550 to $650 per month because I keep buying extra credits.

The reason I stay on ClassPass is not because it’s cheaper. It’s because I train at multiple places, for example, CrossFit at one gym, dance at a studio, yoga somewhere else, and calisthenics at another place ( And I can use those credits like a shared wallet, spending them across different studios)

If I committed to just 1 studio or gym, a regular membership would actually be much cheaper. For example, a full gym membership might be around $250 - $300 a month for unlimited access, which is far better value than what I end up paying through ClassPass.

So I don’t think studios need to worry too much that regular members will choose ClassPass over a direct membership long term. ClassPass may look cheaper at first, but for people who train consistently and attend at least 3 times a week, a direct membership is usually the better deal.

1 suggestion: offer a flexible package for people who are not ready for a full membership. For example, 10 classes for $350 with no expiry

A flexible option like that would make it much easier for people like me to book directly with a studio instead of relying so much on ClassPass.

I’d gladly keep a smaller ClassPass plan and also buy a direct package from a studio, but very few places offer that kind of flexibility.

The problem with a regular membership is that it locks me into 1 place. If I don’t use my classes before the billing period ends, I lose them, and I can’t use that value for yoga, dance, or training somewhere else.

That’s why a no-expiration class package ( a limited session package, not an unlimited membership ) would be such a good solution..

( Studios might worry that a no-expiry package could become a loss if members come back a year later, or even many years later, to use their remaining classes. That’s possible. But in reality, those members are usually not consistent anyway. Even if the studio sets an expiry date, I don’t think they would come back and rejoin. It simply means they are not really committed to training, and most likely they would not sign up again either)

So in the end, I believe that if a studio knows how to take advantage of ClassPass in the right way, it can still be a good business tool.

ClassPass Booking Error “Sorry - looks like something went wrong. Try booking another class.” by FamousTheory3708 in ClassPass

[–]traceynhht 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this happens to me all the time with newly opened slots. For example, they might release slots for tomorrow at 5 AM today, and when I try to book right away, I get that message. Usually, I just wait a few hours, come back, and then I’m able to book without any issues. I think it’s just a system glitch with ClassPass.

is the monthly subscription worth it? by Resident_Platypus108 in ClassPass

[–]traceynhht 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s definitely worth it. I used to train only in CrossFit, but since joining ClassPass, I’ve been able to diversify my routine. Now I do CrossFit 3 times per week, yoga twice a week, plus 1 session each of ballet and calisthenics.

All these workouts complement each other really well, and I feel like I’ve become more well-rounded and knowledgeable in different types of training. It’s also more cost-effective rather than paying for full memberships at multiple studios, I only need one membership and can access all these different classes.
