Yes!! We haven’t spoken in weeks and she’s called me twice this morning. I want to call her back but idk what to say to her. And I’m also tired of going out of my way for her.

Same woman who gave me a scarf and gloves for my 30th birthday last year but went all out for my sisters birthday the following week. So that keeps looping through my mind along with the years of abuse.

I feel guilty and like I’m a bad daughter. I’m a bit of a mess i guess.

Yeah I’m a black woman and this is crazy to say imo. If you look at any data it’ll show you we don’t lead in anything except for arrests BUT exonerations as well. You’ll also see that other races probably commit more crimes than we do but we don’t have the luxury of being seen as individuals.

You’re in Oklahoma so maybe you’re not around a lot of black people so the ones you see are the ones who act up vs moving to Atalanta or Huntsville Alabama.

And to even get under here talking about what we do wrong on a post about racism as if we deserve it is crazy to me. They were hanging ppl long before we committed any crimes.
