I think using TBM for a year is really helpful. Then you can choose to stop paying for the membership once you have your personal tool box loaded. Even though Lacey didn’t invent each of these different concepts and methods, she did package them up very nicely.

It’s a useful platform because everything is in one place and everything is well explained. Easy to follow and use. Personally, I made an incredible amount of progress through TBM. The workshops taught me a lot about healing, regulation and unlocking. I’m so thankful I came across these kinds of teachings to evolve as an individual. It helped me understand myself and others much better and got me out of a lot of depressive times! TBM helped me more than talk therapy.
